Limewash is a semitransparent lime-based finish that is applied on top of plaster to bring out it’s texture and add an “aged stone” look. The lime wash is sheer and can be tinted to any desired colour. It is applied by sponge in an artistic way to subtly add depth to the surface. Lime Paint is an environmentally, mineral based finish made from natural lime and natural pigments. Lime Paint offers the appearance of Tadelakt- or a concrete-like look and has a silky soft surface. Ideal for fireplaces, bedrooms, accent walls, range-hoods, and bathrooms.

Lime-based plasters are easily moldable and when using certain tools and techniques, can be modelled into various looks and textures. By applying a thick layer onto the wall and modelling the plaster to a desired texture we can achieve a unique 3-D surface. Bamboo, Zen, Alligator skin, Old World textures, Pietra Spaccata or “Split Stone” are just some examples of various looks that can achieved by molding the plaster.
